Company & Capability

Who we are and how we work with you.

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a factory and manufacturer — every order is produced in-house, not resold from a third party.

Do you offer customized fasteners (ODM / OEM)?

Yes. Our R&D team handles design, prototype review, tooling and production end-to-end inside the factory, so we can take a project from concept to finished goods without outside hand-offs.

Quality & Service

How we ensure every batch meets spec.

How do you ensure quality?

We run our own in-house lab. Samples are pulled during production for testing, and a full inspection is performed before goods leave our warehouse.

What about warranty?

Please inspect goods on arrival. If you find any transport damage or quality issue, contact us right away and we will handle it promptly.

Can I request a sample first?

Yes. After price confirmation you can request samples to verify our quality. Sample cost will be charged when samples are required.

What after-sales service do you provide?

We provide 24/7 online and offline support and commit to a satisfactory resolution for every customer.

Orders, Payment & Shipping

Lead times, payment terms, and getting your order.

What are your payment terms?

Orders ≤ USD 5,000: 100% in advance. Orders ≥ USD 5,000: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

What is your delivery time?

Standard items typically ship in 7–15 days; non-standard / custom items take 25–45 days. We will dispatch as soon as quality has been confirmed.
