Factory Audit
We actively support customer factory audits — opening our shop floor, processes and documentation to reduce risk on both sides and build long-term trust.
Face-to-Face Contact
Direct, in-person engagement is the fastest path from spec to PO. We host clients at our facility and travel to yours to lock scope, drawings and timelines.
Third-Party Testing
For first-time orders we coordinate independent labs (SGS, BV, TÜV) for chemical, mechanical and dimensional verification before any material leaves the plant.
Quality Review Before Delivery
Every lot passes a documented pre-shipment review against the customer specification, with optional client witness inspection for new programs.
Every fastener earns its way out the door.
Our QC system runs from incoming raw material through final packaging, with calibrated equipment and AQL-based sampling at every transition. The same data that triggers a hold also ships with your order — a full inspection package with every PO.

Incoming Material
Mill test certificates verified against EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2; spectrometer check on every wire-rod heat before release to production.

In-Process Control
First-article approval, hourly SPC sampling on cold-heading and threading lines, automated optical sorting on critical dimensions.

Surface & Heat Treatment
Hardness profiles (HRC/HV), case-depth metallography and salt-spray testing per ASTM B117 to validate plating and coating performance.

Final Inspection
AQL 0.65 sampling on dimensions, torque-tension where applicable, packaging and labeling audit prior to container loading.
